Lane & Associates Family Dentistry

If you are needing an extraction procedure, Dr. Guenes is highly recommended. He is the best there is. My recovery was almost immediately. It was very painless. I'm highly satisfied with his work!!

My first time at this location but I've been with this dentistry since coming to Cary. My own fault for missing appointments last year so today's visit was not easy! However the hygienist in charge of my cleaning was direct with information and extremely thorough with the process. She then took the time to again remind me of the importance of sticking to a schedule of visits. She was very encouraging and gave me some tips for today or next weeks to help with recovery. She also helped to fix a technical issue with the x-ray machine. You are also supposed to get one done yearly.

Worst customer service. Over charge patients and keep their money for a minimum of 4 years. Office staff says they only audit their books every four to five years. They will make you jump through hoops to get your money back. They knock your crowns loose which caused them to fall out and won't repair them. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist!!!!

Staff is friendly, professional, and treated me and my family with courtesy and kindness. I never felt rushed, or unimportant when I called in with a problem. My exams at the Cary office have always been through, and the dentist is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I would recommend this practice to anyone new to the area, or in need of a general dentist or endodontist. The dentist Dr. Ed Howard is by far one for the most skilled and genuinely nicest dentistsnI have ever had in my life. I have not had any pain with his treatment or Dr. Curry, who both are very skilled in their field. Thank you both

If I could give 6 stars for Dr. Edward Howard of Lane & Associates, I would! Dr. Howard is skilled, honest, and personable. He does not try to up-sell services that are not needed and his manner is easygoing and reassuring. A few years ago I moved away from the Raleigh area and tried new dentists but all have paled in comparison. This past spring I had an urgent dental matter. I called the only dentist I trusted, Dr. Howard. He remembered me from many years ago and was so kind. He carved out an appointment for me the next day. The next morning, I drove from Maryland to NC. Dr. Howard welcomed me back and took great care of me. He is truly a treasure!

I was visiting from out of town and accidentally popped part of my fixed retainer off. They were willing to see me on a Saturday morning without an appointment and were so kind to squeeze me in. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and made the whole process so fast and easy for me. Thank you!

Dr. Iglesias was so kind, considerate, and helpful during my visit at the Cary Lane & Associates! I ground my back tooth off and she was capable of fitting me in for an emergency tooth fix and went above and beyond to make sure I was no longer in pain. Especially since I was frantic with uncomfortability, everyone was so understanding that I was speaking from a place of pain and got me through to the doctor as quick as possible (which was NOT the case with the half dozen other offices I called in tears). Highly highly recommend! She's quick, no nonsense, considerate, and effective. Who can ask for anything more? Thank you, Dr. Iglesias!

Wow what can I say.. I could never imagine going to the dentist and not completely dreading it until I found Lane. Dr. Howard is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. He is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and usually always has me laughing about something.
Also worth noting Jordan is hands down the best assist! Shes upbeat and always brings great energy into the situation.
Overall such a positive experience at Lane with top notch staff who go the extra mile and truly care for their patients. I don't hate going to the dentist!

"How can I make you smile today"?!?! That's always how I'm greeted when I call or go into the office. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and really great to work with. I finally got my braces removed and OMG I'm so pleased with the results. I feel like I can be a teeth model for any smile campaign or toothpaste company. I would highly recommend this office for you orthodontic needs. I'm super impressed.

ill keep this short and simple. don't go here... I came in for one thing and left almost pressured into spending 10x more money. I was uncomfortable and left almost crying because of what they suggested they wanted to do to my teeth. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
