I had been enduring joint pain, especially in my back, since I was in my 20s. Now I'm in my 60s and I see Dr. Kosterman every other week for maintenance adjustments. I no longer live in pain. For the third year in a row, I signed up for bi-monthly adjustments. My insurance does not cover the cost but it is the one thing I do for myself.

I woke up one morning in excruciating pain. It hurt to roll out of bed, get up and down and to walk. It was due to my SI Joint. First, I went to a PT with no results. Then, a friend referred me to Dr. Kosterman. He changed my life! He took an x-ray which showed my SI injury and that it was "stuck". It is due to a lot of little "traumas" associated with my active sports life. After a few sessions, I was pain-free but I still regularly visit....to keep me rolling! Highly recommend.

Exceeded my expectations! If you're looking for a Chiropractor, Dr. Kosterman is the person to see. I saw an ad on Facebook and decided to try it out. When I went in for the first time, I was immediately evaluated through surveys, X-rays- and small exams. The process took less than 15-20 minutes. From there, the doc was able to tell how to adjust me -- to get be back to where I need to be.

Leading up to my weekly adjustments, I had trouble sleeping with lots of tension around my neck and below my back. I would frequently get full body massages which only temporary relieved the pain. I'm a firm believer that due to my adjustments here, it was the ultimate solution.

Overall, Dr. Kosterman is a fantastic guy. He has a positive attitude, knowledgeable, and wise. His staff is A+ and carry the same mindset. It's always nice to walk in, be greeted, and helped right away. If you show up on time, there's usually no waiting time. You'll be in and out of there quickly.

Dr. Kosterman is the best! I've been seeing him for a few years and my quality of life has improved dramatically since I've became a patient. Thanks to him, I still have a pretty active lifestyle. Kate, Chelsea and Mia are always very cheerful and they genuinely care about their patients. I've referred many family and friends to Kosterman Chiropractic. Dr Stephen will be the only one I recommended if you felt you had neck and shoulder pain! We sat a lot and always had restrictions in neck movement! After his help, my neck and shoulder are moving much better!! I highly recommend Dr Stephen and his team!!

Dr. Kosterman is terrific. Very helpful and takes the time to listen to his patients' needs. Would recommend his practice without hesitation.

This is the first time I have ever gone to a chiropractor. I was very nervous about the whole process and Dr. Kosterman was great about explaining everything he was going to do and gentle in performing the adjustment.
